Oak Forest Library continues to be recognized, receiving a Good Brick Award from the Greater Houston Preservation Alliance, and winning the 'Best Neighborhood Upgrade' category in the 2011 Swamplot Awards for Houston Real Estate.

The Cohen Residence will be one of the homes featured on the Houston Heights Home & Garden Tour, April 2 - 3, 2011.

Oak Forest Neighborhood Library will be complete by the end of November, and is expected to open to the public in March, 2011, with LEED Gold Certification. Thanks to our partners James Ray Architects and Architect Works Inc. for another fabulous collaboration!

NA+AA is proud to be partnering with The Office of James Burnett to provide pro-bono master planning services for Hope Farms™, an organic urban farm and education center being developed by The Recipe for Success Foundation in collaboration with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. NA+AA received honorable mention for their bowling shirt design at AIA Houston's 2nd Annual Bowl-A-TAC fundraiser. Thanks to Megan Sprenger and husband-wife team Stephanie Millet and David Jefferis for their four-hour Shirt-Attack!

The final phase of the Nyquist Residence renovation is complete, adding energy savings and family oriented open planning to it's designation as a Houston Historic Landmark.
