This 3000 SF stucco clad residence extends the depth of a 50 ft. x 125 ft. lot. A single story library defers to the scale of surrounding historic bungalows, while taller and more private volumes step back from the street. The narrow house plan engages a lap pool and side yard, while a double-height porch and third floor balcony afford views of the downtown skyline.
