Levy Park has been shortlisted for the World Landscape Architecture (WLA) Award in the Large Built Projects category! Over 400 projects were submitted for this award from across the globe.

Thrilled to be working with MVVA Landscape and Buffalo Bayou Partnership on concept design for Tony Marron Park on Houston’s Buffalo Bayou. Thanks to a $10 million grant from Houston Endowment for several projects of the East Sector Master Plan, this park and others along the bayou will offer enhanced recreational, economic, social and environmental benefits for residents of the Fifth Ward and Greater East End neighborhoods as well as the broader Houston community. Pine Cove Park has just opened in Northwest Harris County! Working with the talented Four & One Landscape Architecture for Northwest Harris County Mud District #19 was a pleasure, and the results are a spectacular addition to the neighboring communities.

The new High School Campus for School of the Woods Montessori has opened! Thanks to our partners at Energy Architecture for another great collaboration, and Metzger Construction for a beautiful project, and to School of the Woods Montessori for 15 years of exciting work with NA+AA.

We appreciate the shout - out Alison Cook! “Have you visited the new beer garden at Saint Arnold Brewery yet? If not, you're missing out on one of Houston's grandest civic spaces.” NA+AA loved working with OJB Landscape Architecture on this fabulous space, and can be found there many Fridays enjoying one of Chef Ryan’s Bishops Burgers or Crawfish Rolls ourselves. The building, by Natalye Appel & Associates Architects, opens out into a soaring covered garden and then grassy, landscaped space defined by metal framework and metal fencing. The views of downtown are dizzying.” Saint Arnold is a Houston legend, and we loved working with Brock Wagner and all the creative brew crew. Levy Park has won an Urban Land Institute 2018 Global Urban Open Space Award! NA+AA is proud to have been a part of the talented OJB team, working with the visionary group at Upper Kirby District toward a better Houston for all. Thanks to Burton Construction for making this dream a reality. Levy Park has also won a PaperCity Design Award and a Houston Business Journal Landmark Award, Urban Land Institute Houston's 2018 Open Space Development of Distinction Award, and was also voted People’s Choice!
